The California Wellness Foundation is proud to launch “Wellness Together.”  Wellness Together is an all new initiative developed through collaboration with Our Own. 

The Wellness Together campaign is meant empower the foundations grantee partners and the community as a whole. This campaign merges in-person and virtual activations meant to inspire, educate, and support mental health & wellbeing. Fostering cultural connections that further bridges the gaps throughout our community. 

OUR OWN is a nonprofit organization with a mission of creating community access for mental health & wellness, physical education and spatial equity.
