Founder of Our Own, Dustin Young along with our scholar Zaynah Robb were special guest for a panel focused on teen mental health. Zaynah who was the president of the Our Own Wellness Club at the very first Wellness Center, shared what is important for Gen Alpha. Zaynah and Dustin disused various topics and themes impacting teens today. Zaynah, who owned the stage with her story and expressing how individuals can show up in an intentional way to support teens. In addition to ways we are collectively combating the mental health crisis. The goal being to educate and inspire and empower the entire Calm team including their CEO, founders, and other senior leadership.
